Finding the right rental property in London is often time-consuming. Not just because of the size of the market and the rapid turnover (a property can can suddenly appear on the market and disappear just as quickly again) but also because a lot of what you see on the internet sadly doesn’t mirror reality.

We are based in London so we have a big advantage. And we’ve been helping people to relocate to London for many years. We keep in touch with estate agents as well as private homeowners so we know what’s going on in the property market.

You can save time and money by letting us make an initial search based on your brief. Once we have selected a number of properties that meet your specification, you can then come to London and inspect them, and importantly the areas where they are situated. We will also give you a dossier which describes everything you need to know about living in London.

Once you’ve made a decision we handle the negotiations on your behalf with the estate agent (who represents and acts for the landlord), reading through the contract, etc. and ensuring that everything runs smoothly until the keys to your new property are in your hand. Our experience is your reassurance.

We’ll help you arrange things such as registering for local (council) tax and make sure that you are fixed with electricity, gas, water and other services.

We also provide you with a checklist which covers everything you need to think about before your move.
